Each session, from the comfort of your own home, I will teach you how to connect a therapeutic skill or idea with a new baking recipe. We will discuss your experience of your mental health and how these new tools can support you. Maybe you are struggling with a major life change, anxiety, depression, or trauma that has been impacting your view of yourself, your relationships, or your ability to get through the day. I specialize in working with women who are looking to evaluate who they are now and what they want from their next phase of life.

Our sessions will be 1-2 hours where I will support you in meeting your goals of building or honing your baking techniques and creating time for self-care.
